Warranty

All work and materials are covered by the warranty and any defective products will be replaced free of charge. The warranty period for the furniture is 12 months. If there is an issue regarding manufacturing defects during the warranty period, please contact us by Email indicated on the website. Warranty obligations apply:

  • due to manufacturing defects;
  • for deformation and damage not associated with improper use;
  • for manufacturing defects that appear during operation.

Warranty obligations do not apply to defects resulting from:

  • if the defects of the goods were specified by the Seller when selling the goods;
  • if unauthorized changes to the design of the product are detected;
  • if the product has traces of outside interference or there was an attempt to repair it yourself;
  • if the product was not used in accordance with its intended purpose or in conditions for which it was not intended;
  • if the product has mechanical damage (internal or external), resulting from improper storage, operation, transportation or installation;
  • damage to goods caused by disaster, fire, household factors;
  • if cracking and swelling of parts are detected due to violation of operating conditions (direct contact with water or operation in places with low or high humidity).

Acceptance of goods in terms of quantity, quality (with respect to visible defects) and assortment is carried out during the transfer of the goods to the Buyer. After this, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding quantity and assortment, except as provided by law. The warranty period for the above obligations is calculated from the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer. The warranty is not valid if defects are discovered and presented by the Buyer after the expiration of the warranty period. In case of disputes, both the Buyer and the Seller have the right to conduct an independent expertise. In order to avoid the occurrence of defects during the assembly of solid wood furniture in the autumn-winter period, it is recommended that work be carried out no earlier than on the 3rd day after its delivery to the residential building.
